Authors and Friends Newsletter
February Greetings to Our Authors and Friends,
February went by like a flash! We were not only busy with preparing three books for publication, but also closed on our new property in Albertville, Alabama. We expect to complete the move there by the end of March. Our managing editor, Robert, is settled in at Lane Switch Road and enjoying blazingly fast internet.
Due to some delays in closing on the house, I am sending out this month’s newsletter later than I had hoped. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upcoming Royalty Payments
Upcoming royalty payments will be made on April 5th. This allows month-end IngramSpark and Amazon disbursements to Warner House Press to be received and processed, avoiding unnecessary delays in providing the latest payments to you.
IngramSpark Distribution Expanding
IngramSpark recently announced an expansion of eBook distribution, including library and subscription distribution opportunities. Further information can be found here: https://www.ingramspark.com/how-it-works/distribute.
The authors, narrators and publishers behind the push to hold Audible (and Amazon) to account for their opaque and unfair business practices continue their efforts. They have created a new website containing the latest information: https://www.audiblegate.com/. I urge all authors and those interested in becoming authors to explore the site. Not only does it provide up-to-date information on the present crisis, but also gives quite a bit of insight into how royalties can be manipulated through obfuscation. As always, if you have any questions regarding our royalty payment procedures at Warner House Press, I will expend every effort to resolve them.
As many of you know, I have had an abiding interest in John Bunyan (and especially his The Pilgrim’s Progress) for most of my adult life. One resource that I have found invaluable is Dr. Barry Horner’s website at http://www.bunyanministries.org/. Dr. Horner has also written a fascinating guide called Themes and Issues: An Evangelical Apologetic, which can be purchased on his website, or at Amazon.
