Author and Friends Newsletter
March 2022
Greetings from wet and windy Albertville, AL. Robert has wrapped up two exciting projects, one the start of a new series by the prolific and talented Cho Larson (see below), the other a departure for Warner House Press that needs to stay under wraps for just a little bit longer.
Jim Mancuso
Earlier this month, I sent a quick note out to inform everyone that Jim Mancuso (author of New England Ramblings) is experiencing serious health issues. Surgery went well, but Jim is facing further treatment set to begin on April 4th. Please keep Jim, his wife Kathleen, and their family in your prayers. Further info can be found here: https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jimmancuso.
Update on Support Upgrade
The offer to provide Google Spaces to our customers last month left out one important fact. The bad news is: you need a gmail (or Google hosted) email address to participate. The good news is that gmail addresses are free. Please contact us if you wish us to set up a Google Space with you.
Cho Larson’s Barnabas Series
Cho has started a new series, after wrapping up the four-volume Kalmus Series. The first book, The Mystery Which is Christ in You, is now available via Warner House Press, or online digital retailers. We are honored to publish five books by Cho, all of which are great for individual and group study.
Website Design and Maintenance
A short reminder that we provide website design and maintenance as well as editing, formatting and publishing services. Using the ubiquitous Wordpress platform, we can get your author website up and running quickly. Our popular maintenance plan offers 24/7 monitoring, platform maintenance, and fast fixes for only $39.00 per month, with no long term obligation. For further info, visit our site dedicated to tech: https://tech.warner.house/.
What is a #Hashtag?
When interacting on social media, especially Twitter, it is always a good idea to include hashtags in your posts. Searches on popular hashtags will bring an audience to you. But which hashtags to use? The inimitable Dave Chesson has developed a hashtag generator that provides the most frequently used author hashtags. Not only that, but it is free to use! You can find it here: https://kindlepreneur.com/hashtags-for-writers/.
